Assemblea Condominio - Google Play

How many times, by attending a condominium assembly, have we witnessed the usual count of people and thousandths useful for checking the validity of the same.
This operation lasts a long time since the count is repeated several times due to the fear of making mistakes in the sum of the thousandths / number of participants.
In addition to checking the validity of the assembly, at any time, you have the possibility to consult the agenda, the minutes and the attendance of all the assemblies having only a tablet or smartphone available, so you can easily access the issues discussed and decisions made.
Furthermore, if an e-mail client is present on the device, it will be possible to send the meeting notice to all interested parties and, at the end, the minutes of the same.
The application solves all these problems by leaving the Administrator tasks more inherent to his assignment.
There are also the functions of Data export and Data import which are particularly useful in the event that, for example, the device on which the data was stored must be replaced; in cases like this it will be sufficient to install the application on the new device, activate the Data Import function and, simultaneously, on the old device activate the Data Export function: in a few seconds the data will be transferred to the new device.
The procedure is multi-user or allows multiple users, for example multiple administrators of the same office, to manage their condominiums without interfering in the information of others in full respect of privacy.
For this reason, user registration is required.
